Our turnaround time for edited photos is 24 hours. However, if virtual staging or decluttering is required, it may take longer.

Yes, we can make changes or remove items from photos. Just let us know what you need and our photoshop team will get to work.

Yes, we do provide two versions of each photo: one with your logo and one without. Just send us your logo and specify the placement, and we will make a note to include it on all future orders.

Yes, we can accommodate requests for specific skies in photos. We offer 60 different virtual twilight to choose from. Please take a look at our options at nevo54.com.au/virtual-twilight, and include your selections in the notes section when placing your order.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 3 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust your appointment without any fees.

If we arrive at the property and there is no response from the tenant or the house is not ready, a call-out fee of $99 will be charged.
